Holiday Inn Baruna Resort Bali presents
Envy Bar School on Saturday, 8th May 2010.
Calling aspiring bartenders or anyone who just wants to impress friends with a stylish repertoire of cocktail creations! Envy Bar School invites interested parties to come and learn how to shake and stir with the bar industry’s finest.
Under the expert guidance of internationally acclaimed mixologist Steve Collinson from barsolutions Asia, participants will be taught all the tricks of the cocktail making trade. Apprentice mixologists will be taken step-by-step through the drink making process. This interactive session will cover all the signature drinks of Envy as well as a few all-time classic cocktails.
Best of all, there will be cocktail samplings and generous servings of complimentary canapés during this tasty two-hour tuition. A cachet of goodies will be distributed at the end of the class. Students will get to take home a gift bag and recipe booklet as a keepsake of their experience.
Envy Bar School will run from 3pm to 5pm at a tuition fee of just IDR 650.000 nett per person. And for those who want to make a day of it, Holiday Inn Resort Baruna Bali welcomes class participants to use the swimming pool and kid’s club facility.
